2013 Feds Feeding Families Food Drive Campaign
Update as of 9/09/13 we met our goal
The EMCBC staff has brought in 9268 lbs of food for this worthy cause.
On July 1, the EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) kicked-off the 2013 Feds Feeding Families Food Drive Campaign and this year's recipient will be the Freestore Foodbank.
Children and families are in great need of donated food this summer. We are asking members of the EMCBC to donate non-perishable food items beginning July 1 - August 30. Our goal this year is 8,000 pounds. As of July 16, staff members have donated 1,908.50 pounds of food.
To kick-off the campaign, Jack Craig, Director and Ralph Holland, Deputy Director served Ice Cream to employees who made a food donation or completed a Donation Pledge form.
