Each question shall clearly specify the solicitation area to which it refers. Responses to questions, as appropriate, will be posted on the procurement website as soon as practicable. DOE will make every effort to have all questions answered at least two weeks before the proposal submission date. The Government will not identify prospective Offerors submitting questions.
